Summer camps start in June and are filling up fast. These camps give young squash players the opportunity to learn and practice their game in a challenging but fun environment. Sessions will focus on technique, drills, strategy, match play, squash specific fitness and movement. Camps will have low player/coach ratios, which will allow for more specific feedback for each player and will conclude with a tournament on the Friday.
Our goal for everyone, no matter what age/level, is to cement solid foundations of the correct grip, swing and movement through coach feeding and drilling while also introducing and developing the tactical elements of the game so that players can continually move forward with their games without any limitations. This year will also see the introduction of intense training options for our experienced high school varsity juniors/seniors and returning collegiate players. And we are lucky to have John White, former World #1 and Drexel Head Coach, joining us for a week in August.
